Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Site Supervisor with over 3 years of experience in interior fit-out and construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing on-site operations, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and ensuring that interior design projects are executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards. This role demands strong leadership, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving on-site.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth execution of interior projects. Interpret and implement design drawings, layout plans, and specifications on-site. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely progress. Monitor site work to ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and adherence to project timelines. Maintain daily work reports, site logs, and progress updates. Identify and resolve any site-related issues or discrepancies in real time. Ensure availability and proper handling of materials, tools, and resources at the site. Communicate regularly with project managers and designers to relay progress and updates. Conduct quality checks and ensure final deliverables match approved design and finish standards.
Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in interior fit-out or construction projects. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field is preferred. Sound knowledge of interior materials, finishes, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Ability to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with health and safety regulations and practices on construction sites. Willingness to travel to different project locations as needed. Preferred Skills: Prior experience in supervising residential, commercial, or retail interior projects. Basic knowledge of project management tools or site management apps.
