Project Manager

Job Summary: 

• We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Project Manager with 5+ years of experience in the interior design industry to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of residential and commercial interior design projects.
• The ideal candidate will coordinate between clients, designers, vendors, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead and manage multiple interior design projects from concept through completion.
• Develop detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, in-house design teams, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Ensure that all project activities align with client expectations, design vision, and company standards.
• Manage procurement of materials, furnishings, and finishes as per project requirements.
• Anticipate and resolve any issues or delays during the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and clients.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest level of quality.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience within the interior design or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of interior design principles, materials, and construction processes.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.).
• PMP certification or similar is a plus.

Preferred Skills: 

• Client-facing experience with a strong sense of customer service.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and permit processes.
